We then thoroughly flush the turf using multiple cleaning solutions designed to target the source of pet odors rather than simply masking them with fragrance. Our goal is to remove as much odor-causing buildup as possible from the turf system, leaving it cleaner and fresher. For heavily soiled or contaminated turf, a more intensive extraction cleaning may be recommended.

Professional cleanings will eliminate pet odors, but it can't prevent your pets from creating new buildup afterward. How quickly odors return depends on factors such as the number of pets, drainage, turf debris, turf condition, if deodorizing pet infill is installed, and maintenance. Turf is basically outdoor carpet, so if it isn’t properly draining then dog pee just bakes in the sun all day.
